BY-Y31 gear hobbing machine

1.The end milling cutter is used for single indexing and disc milling cutter used for automatic cycle machining and also for single indexing by manual

2.The accuracy is not less than 7 grade by gear hobbing process and 8 grade by single gear indexing

3.The table is centred by means of hydrostatic bearing and pressure oil is supplied through gear oil driver.

4.The double pitch worm used for machine is unnecessary to be adjusted in radial and get good mating condition. The single worm transmitting used for BY-Y 31500A machine and there are two mate setting washes.

5.Main motor is DC motor with fully digital speed regulation system

6.The machine is controlled by programmable controller and CNC system
