BY-TK series boring machines are main development products which Baiyuan Heavy Industry MACHINERY co., Ltd introduced overseas technology to produce. They are selling in a large quantity, with mature technology, excellent workmanship, high efficiency and high reliability. They are widely used in heavy duty machinery, power generation, shipbuilding, metallurgy and mining etc.
1. Main shafts are supported by high precision rolling bearing. XYZ axises adopt constant-flow hydrostatic guideway with pump per pocket.
2. Equipped with ballscrew nuts and double pinions with backlash free
3. Headstock electric balance compensation device and thermal balance protection system.
4. Fitted with high precision table and right angular milling head etc, the machine can finish 5 surfaces machining.
5. The main machine can be equipped with the various CNC systems manufactured by different countries (standard equipments SIEMENS-840D system)
6. Main shaft is driven by high-power motor, with high horsepower and high torque, it can do high accuracy and heavy cutting even in low running speed.
7. Feed system adopts oversize and prestretching ball screw to increase rigidity of screw mandrel and avoid thermal deformation of screw mandrel.
8. All the downward guideways are made of imported high wear resistant copper plates. Adopt rescraping to ensure maximum contact area.
9. Design box structure support for super column and crossrail to ensure the rigidity when machine tool process various parts
10. Operation panel is well-designed. It can be operated conveniently and increase convenience of machine tool.
11. Adopting most advanced PRO-E,3D design software, dynamic analogy and structure analysis, it can not only ensure rigidity and stability but also avoid design waste.
