Double Column Vertical Turning Machine

1.       Toolhead and ram are moved by ballscrew nuts.

2.       Use DC motor to drive toolhead and ram. Use AC servo motor to feed the driving of CKJ toolhead and ram. The feed has two kinds of table, per revolution and per minute.

3.       The main drive is driven by a wild field control DC motor, and adopts two-stage variable speed.

4.       The table adopts relief guideway and is centered by high precision roll bearing.

5.       CKJ mainframe can match with production CNC system of each country.

6.       Main parts such as lathe bed, column, crossrail, feed box, tool head and worktable are made of Mehanite high strength cast iron. The material is in excellent stability. The parts can bear heavy cutting and keep precise for a long time.

7.       Main shaft is driven by high-power motor, with high horsepower and high torque, it can do high accuracy and heavy cutting even in low running speed

8.       Feed system adopts oversize and prestretching ball screw to increase rigidity of screw mandrel and avoid thermal deformation of screw mandrel.

9.       All the downward guideways are made of imported high wear resistant copper plates. Adopt rescraping to ensure maximum contact area.

10.   Design box structure support for super column and crossrail to ensure the rigidity when machine tool processes various parts.

11.   Operation panel is well-designed. It can be operated conveniently and increase convenience of machine tool.
